About the Event
Celebrate the vibrant cultures within the Hispanic community with food, games, and music! You’ll be helping the CDE share the benefits of signing up for the Affordable Connectivity Program. Spanish speaking volunteers especially welcome and needed!
The ACP is a new federal benefit program that helps ensure households can afford the broadband they need for work, school, healthcare and more. The benefit provides a discount of up to $30 per month toward internet service. Many people aren’t aware that they qualify for free or reduced cost internet, so that’s where our volunteers come in!
