Ageless Access Digital Navigator Toolkit

Tools, resources, and training for Digital Navigators working with aging adults

The Ageless Access Digital Navigation (AA-DN) toolkit was created to empower Digital Navigators to be better guides for older adults seeking to navigate the digital world. It is the result of collaboration between various government agencies and senior-focused organizations across the state.  Their shared goal? To bridge the digital divide and ensure that all older adults in North Carolina can benefit from technology and fully participate in modern life.

The toolkit is meant to complement the training of Digital Navigators seeking to help aging adults. Within its pages, you will find activities, curricula, and resources to help you understand ageing adults in their context, approach and engage organizations interested in working with aging adults and digital equity, and help assess and maintain programs once in place.
