Goodwill: CUSTOMER, ADMINISTRATIVE & BUSINESS SERVICES TRAINING (CABS)

In this free three-week course, participants build confidence and gain knowledge on job-search opportunities in customer service, call centers, administrative support and financial services. Facilitators will provide focused training on interviewing, networking and resume techniques to improve job preparedness and personal branding.
