Bruce leads the Center for Digital Equity with a focus on collaborating with partners to increase equitable access to and adoption of digital tools, skills, and support services across the Carolinas. He directs CDE’s collective impact strategy, aligning cross-sector partnerships, resident voice, and community-centric solutions to strengthen both local ecosystems and systemic opportunities. Under his leadership, CDE works to ensure that digital opportunity is accessible, sustainable, and responsive to the needs of all communities.
