Digital Navigators offer friendly, one-on-one support to help you feel more confident using technology. We can help you:
- Navigate safely by setting strong passwords, avoiding scams, and protecting your personal information
- Learn the basics of using a laptop, tablet, or smartphone, setting up email, and using the internet
- Search for jobs and training by uploading your resume, using employment websites, and finding digital skills programs
- Get connected to low- or no-cost devices, affordable home internet, and local tech support
- Access online services to manage bills, healthcare, benefits, housing, and more
