Charlotte Digital Inclusion Alliance virtual October meeting

The Charlotte Digital Inclusion Alliance (CDIA) would like to invite you to a special Digital Inclusion Week (DIW) meeting Thursday, October 8th from 3:30 to 5 pm. DIW aims to raise awareness of solutions addressing home internet access, personal devices, and local technology training and support programs. DIW2020 is sponsored by the National Digital Inclusion Alliance representing more than 450 affiliated organizations in 44 states working toward digital equity.
Here in the Charlotte region, the CDIA hosts regular monthly meetings and is the place for government, organizations, neighborhood groups, philanthropy, and corporate partners to convene, build trust, and collaborate on ending the digital divide in our region.
During the meeting, you will have a chance to:
- Hear an overview of the current state of the digital divide at a national, regional, and local level – including COVID-specific response.
- Hear updates on key activity taking place within the region and get information on how to connect with the people leading these activities.
